E3: over 52 000 people attended the event this year, E3 2016 dated
E3 2015 ended yesterday, with over 52 200 video game professionals, analysts, journalists, and enthusiasts (from 109 countries) attending this year. In total, over 1 600 products, from 300 exhibitors, were on display during this year’s edition.
This week, a lot of people talked about E3 2015 with over 6.3 million tweets sent, 7.5 million likes on E3-related posts on Instagram,one half million concurrent viewers for the various press conferences on Twitch, and more than one million YouTube videos posted… that’s definitely a lot of content!
The ESA (which owns and produce E3) also gave the date for E3 2016: June 14-16. If you’re wondering where it’s going to take place, the answer is the same as ever: the Los Angeles Convention Center!
