Monster Hunter X: two collaborations announced; web commercials for MHX and Monster Hunter Diary
Today, during a promotional event for the Monster Hunter series, Capcom announced that Monster Hunter X would get two collaborations:
– one with Tetsuya Nomura from Square-Enix, but the gear showed at the event looks exactly the same as what players already got in Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate…
– one with KIRIMI-chan, a mascot from Sanrio.
Just like the collaborations quests in Monster Hunter 4 and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, they will be distributed via special quests available for free after launch: players will have to complete them in order to get the materials necessary to make the collaboration items.
Capcom also revealed a web commercial for the game, which lasts 60 seconds:
