Nintendo Badge Arcade now available in North America; trailer and video
Yesterday, Nintendo announced that the long-awaited Nintendo Badge Center would be released this Friday in Europe. But Nintendo of America didn’t make an announcement at the same time, which made players wonder when the game would be released in North America (and if it would be announced during the Nintendo Direct, tomorrow).
It turns out that Nintendo Badge Center is… already available in North America! Nintendo released it yesterday evening, and it can now be downloaded via the Nintendo eShop: it requires 582 blocks of free space on your SD Card. Unsurprisingly: the western version of the game is Ver. 1.3.0, which was recently released in Japan.
Just like in the Japanese and European versions, you get 5 free tries per day. Thanks to those, you can win some free tries for the real deal. You can also pay in order to play: 5 tries cost 1$ (£0.90 / 1€ in Europe). The selection of crane games changes every week, with the following available right now in North America (Europe will most likely get the same ones, on Friday):
