Yo-kai Watch 3: a collaboration with Final Fantasy XIV

Today, during the latest livestream for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, Level-5 and Square-Enix announced a very special collaboration between Yo-kai Watch 3: Sushi / Tempura and Final Fantasy XIV. There’s actually two “parts” to this collaboration:

• Yo-kai Watch 3: Sushi/Tempura – Two special Yo-kai will be available in the game: Chocobonyan (Jibanyan riding a Chocobo, not a Jibanyan made of choco bars!) and Mooglinyan (a special Yo-kai based on the famous Moogle creatures from the Final Fantasy series)
• Final Fantasy XIV – 13 Yo-kai will appear in the game as both minions and pieces of equipment.

The 13 Yo-kai to appear in the game were chosen among the most popular in the Yo-kai Watch series:

1. Jibanyan
2. Komasan
3. USApyon
4. Whisper
5. Shogunyan
6. Hovernyan
7. Komajiro
8. Noko
9. Venoct
10. Kyubi
11. Robonyan F-Type
12. Blizzaria
13. Manjimutt

But that’s not all: a really unique Whisper mount will also be added! The minions, pieces of equipment, and the Whisper mount will be added to Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn sometime this Summer.
