Yo-kai Watch: new season for the anime, new watch and more
Today, during the Level-5 Vision 2015 event, Level-5 had several announcements regarding the Youkai Watch series:
– the anime series will get a new season, in July. Simply called “Yo-kai Watch Second Season”, it will feature a brand new female protagonist, alongside Keita Amano. She’s called Misora Inaho (voiced by Yuuki Aoi, also known as Iris in the Pokémon Black and White anime series), and she’s accompanied by USApyon (a space-rabbit Yo-kai, voiced by Shigemoto Kotori).
The new Opening theme is Jinsei Dramatic by King Cream Soda (who already did the first one), and the new Ending themes are Yo-kai Taisou Dai ni by Dream5 (May, for the current season) and Uchuu Dance by Kotori with Stitch Bird (July for the new season)

– the new movie, already announced last year following the booming success of the first movie, will come out in December in Japan.
– Level-5 and Universal Studios Japan are collaborating in order to bring Yo-kai Watch: The Real to fans. It’s a special attraction featuring the infamous Yo-kai, and uses a special Yo-kai Watch.
– a new model of Youkai Watch, called the Youkai Watch U Protoype will be released in August in Japan. It will have some new features, and come with a SD Card reader allowing users to update it, add new songs, and more. Its price will be 4 200 Yen (roughly 32€ / 35$ / 23£).
